The facilities at the hotel were excellent, with a gym, community kitchens, and a bar all available to use. The staff were also very helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The location was convenient, being close to the river, the highway, and the tram. The room was cozy and had a French balcony. The bathroom had a double-sided washing facility and a lovely rain shower with scented soaps. The staff was outstanding, especially at the rooftop cocktail bar that offered top-grade cocktails and stunning views. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen and the urban garden pots in the common area.

One negative aspect was that the air conditioning in the room was dripping, causing inconvenience.

The location was superb, with easy access to the highway and public transport. It was also close to the river, which was perfect for a morning walk. We were impressed by the laundry service and taxi options available, making our stay even more convenient. The pet amenities available made us feel like our furry friend was just as welcome here as we were. The room was clean and spacious, with air conditioning and a sitting area. The extra touches like the terrace and garden furniture made it feel like a true oasis.
